More often than not, granola is one of those health foods that’s actually full of sugar, refined grains, and unstable oils. It’s the glorified candy of the cereal section. I prefer to make granola at home for a few reasons; it’s cost friendly and I can ensure that it’s nut-free. The below recipe is delicious eaten alone (it’s a great snack) or on top of dairy-free yogurt for breakfast. It’ also a great source a plant-based protein!

Raw Nut-Free Granola

1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raw or sprouted buckwheat groats
2 tbsp goji berries or dried fruit of choice

Mix all ingredients together in a glass jar. Store in pantry or enjoy immediately!
